AMAZING SELF-DEFENSE SKILLS - Our American Kenpo Program offers real world defensive tactics designed to quickly develop your ability to protect yourself and your loved ones.
AMAZING WEAPONRY SKILLS - Our Filipino Martial Arts Program delivers you all of the skills you need to master practical weapons of self-defense. This class focuses on impact weapons (sticks) as well as edged weaponry (swords, knives, spears, etc).
AMAZING STRIKING SKILLS - Panatukan (Filipino Boxing), Jun Fan Kickboxing & Muay Thai Program will bring your striking skills (punching, kicking, knees, elbows) to the highest level possible. This is the art that most of the UFC Fighters trust to help them win their battles.
AMAZING GRAPPLING SKILLS - Our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Program will help you develop your ground game for either self defense or for competition (your choice!). This art has been made popular by almost every UFC Fighter and is as practical as you can get.
